You can add money to your Seli balance from Store → Wallet. Credits pay for orders instantly, refund quickly, and never expire as long as your account is active.

Payment troubleshooting
- Card declined? Try another card or check your card's online-payment limit with your bank.
- Double charge? One charge will usually reverse automatically within 24 hours; refunds pending longer than that should be raised with us.
- Transfer not confirming? Transfers can take minutes to hours. The order stays open until the payment arrives.
