Payout Schedule and Banks

Here's exactly when money lands in your account after a sale or a delivery.

When funds become available

  • Order completes → escrow auto-releases and merchant funds become 'Available' 24 hours after delivery confirmation, unless a dispute was raised in that window.
  • Pilot fares become 'Available' shortly after a completed, proof-recorded delivery.
  • Refunds return to the buyer's original payment method (3–10 business days for cards, instant for credits).

Supported banks

Payouts work with every Nigerian commercial bank and most microfinance banks, including the major ones (Zenith, GTBank, Access, UBA, First Bank, Fidelity, Sterling, Wema, Union, Stanbic, and more). OPay/PalmPay accounts are supported as pay-in methods where Paystack allows.

Payout troubleshooting

  • Late payout? Confirm the order is 'Completed', not still 'Delivered' - escrow auto-releases 24 hours after delivery confirmation and 'Delivered' becomes 'Completed' when no dispute was raised in that window.
  • Wrong bank? Your payout goes only to the account you confirmed with the test deposit. Update it in Store → Settings → Payout.
  • Clauses on hold? A claim puts the affected amount on hold until resolution.

Weekend and public holidays

Inter-bank settlements pause on weekends and public holidays. A payout requested on Friday evening may reflect on Monday.

Your money, your schedule

Set auto-payout weekly, or withdraw whenever you choose - there's no minimum withdrawal amount for merchants or pilots.
