Pilot Earnings and Payouts

Pilot earnings are simple: you earn a fare for every completed delivery, and 100% of that fare is yours.

How fares are calculated

• Distance - base fare plus a per-kilometre rate within your city.
• Item size - large or bulky items may earn a higher fare.
• Urgency - express deliveries earn a premium.
• Time of day - late-evening deliveries may include a night lifter.

Your earnings screen

The Pilot dashboard shows today's deliveries, this week's fare total, tips (where enabled), and your pending payout balance. Breaks down each fare by job.

Getting paid

1. Earn
   Complete deliveries to build your balance.

2. Available after completion
   Earned fares become 'Available' shortly after delivery - most are available immediately.

3. Withdraw
   Tap 'Withdraw' to send available funds to your bank account.

4. Schedule
   You can withdraw on demand or set a weekly auto-payout.

Payout timing

Most withdrawals land the same or next business day, depending on your bank. Some banks take up to 48 hours to reflect the payment.

Tips

Buyers sometimes add a tip after a smooth delivery. Tips go 100% to you and appear as a separate line in your earnings.
