Every Seli order has a clear status you can follow from the moment you pay until it is delivered.
Order statuses
| Status | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Placed | We received your order and your payment is in escrow. | Sit back - the seller starts preparing your item. |
| Confirmed | The seller accepted your order. | Nothing needed unless the seller messages you. |
| Pickup assigned | A verified Pilot has been matched to collect your item. | You'll get the Pilot's details. |
| In transit | The Pilot picked up your item and is on the way. | Track the Pilot's location in the app. |
| Out for delivery | Your item is close - the Pilot will arrive soon. | Have your delivery code ready. |
| Delivered | The Pilot delivered your item. | Confirm the item or raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. |
| Completed | Escrow auto-released to the seller (24 hours after delivery confirmation, if no dispute was raised). | Leave a review if you like. |
Where to see live tracking
Open Orders in your account and tap the active order. You'll see the current status, the Pilot's name and phone number, and (when in transit) a live map with the Pilot's location. You can message the Pilot from the same screen.
What to do if tracking stops
If an order hasn't changed status for more than a day, first message the seller or the Pilot. If you don't get an answer within 24 hours, contact support with your order number.
For many orders you'll receive a 4-digit delivery code to give the Pilot when your item arrives. It confirms you received the order and starts the final step of the escrow process.
The Pilot may need to call you when they arrive. Keep your phone nearby and your ringer on during the delivery window.
