Verified Seller Program

The Verified Seller badge is Seli's mark of trust. Sellers who hold it have gone through extra identity and quality checks, and buyers can shop from them with extra confidence.

What the badge means

• The seller's identity was verified against a government-issued ID.
• The seller has a record of successful, completed orders.
• The seller follows Seli's policies and quality standards.
• Verified sellers appear higher in search and the home feed.

How to become verified

1. Start selling
   You must have an active store with at least 5 completed orders.

2. Maintain a high rating
   Keep an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher across your reviews.

3. Few or no claims
   Verified status requires a clean record - no unresolved buyer claims against your store.

4. Apply
   From your store dashboard, tap 'Apply for Verified Seller'.

5. Second identity check
   We repeat the ID and selfie verification, and may ask for proof of inventory or business address.

6. Reviewed
   Applications are reviewed within 3 business days. You'll get a decision by email and in-app.

Keeping your badge

Verification is reviewed periodically. Your badge can be removed if you receive serious or repeated complaints, your identity can't be reverified, or you're found to be selling restricted items.

If your application is declined

We'll tell you exactly why. Common reasons are too few completed orders, a rating below the threshold, or unresolved claims. You can re-apply once you've fixed the issue.
