Seli is a community marketplace. If you see something wrong, one report keeps the platform safer for everyone.
What you can report
- A listing showing a prohibited or misdescribed item.
- A seller who behaves badly, spams, or misrepresents products.
- A buyer who abandons orders or harasses you.
- A Pilot violation - unsafe riding, rude behaviour.
- A verified account that is impersonating you.

Reports are anonymous to the person reported.
What happens after a report
- Our Trust & Safety team reviews the report (usually within 24–48 hours).
- We may review the user's other listings, chat logs and order history.
- Actions range from a warning to listing/temporary removal or permanent suspension.
- You'll get an outcome notice where the report allows it.
False reporting
Deliberately false reports harm real users. Repeat false reporting may result in restrictions on your own account.
Emergency or safety-critical reports
If something is unsafe, call local emergency services first, then report in-app and email safety@seli.com.ng with your report ID.
Reporters stay anonymous. Users can't see who reported them, and our team only shares evidence needed for an investigation.
