How a job offer reaches you
A job is created
A buyer's order is confirmed and a pickup location and destination are set.You get a notification
If you're online and match the job (area, vehicle type, item size), you receive a job offer with the pickup address and fare.Job offer timer
Offers usually expire within a short window. The job goes to the next Pilot if you don't accept in time.Accept and go online
Accept the offer and head to the pickup point. Your status flips to 'On a delivery' until you complete it.
Staying online
Keep your Pilot mode on and your location active to receive offers near you. If you're moving out of the service area, pause Pilot mode so you don't get offers you can't reach.
The job offer screen
- Pickup & drop-off - approximate addresses (exact addresses appear once you accept).
- Fare - the full amount you'll earn for this delivery.
- Items - item type and estimated size so you know what to expect.
- Window - how long you have to decide before the offer expires.
Declining offers
You can decline offers without penalty. Consistent declines or long offline spells simply mean you get fewer offers - you're never locked into a job.
Offers are matched by proximity and rating, not 'first come, first served'. Higher-rated Pilots tend to receive more offers and see them first.
