Ratings and Performance

Buyers rate each completed delivery on a 5-star scale, and the average of your recent ratings determines your Pilot status.

How your rating is calculated

Your rating is a rolling average of your most recent deliveries (usually the last 100 or so). New Pilots need a few deliveries before a rating appears.

Rating levels

LevelAverage ratingBenefits
New PilotNo rating yetStandard job offers
Active4.0 – 4.4Standard offers, weekly fee-free payout windows
Preferred4.5+Priority on good jobs, early access to offers, higher fare jobs
At riskBelow 4.0Fewer offers while we help you improve

Keeping your rating healthy

  • Be punctual at pickup and drop-off.
  • Communicate - message buyers when you're on the way.
  • Handle items with care; record proof on every job.
  • Politely resolve issues and use the in-app support flow rather than arguing on the road.

Rating recovery

Ratings recover as you complete more successful deliveries - recent good jobs gradually replace older poor ones. If a buyer leaves an unfair rating after an issue, request a review within the app and we'll check the delivery records.

Your rating is personal

Ratings belong to your piloting profile, not your Seli account. A separate buyer or seller rating may exist for the same account.
